Thank you for your interest in participating in the Boxer Bash!
If you are interested in having a table at Boxer Bash 2008, we will do our best to accommodate you. We do fill ALL available spots each year, so there are a few things to keep in mind:
- If you reserve a table at the Boxer Bash, you MUST be able to attend. If you cannot attend personally, you must be able to send someone in your place. We don't care if you send your dog or your mom as long as your table is covered. With the volume of people wanting tables at the Bash, we do not want to have any tables left empty!
- If you sign up for a table and do not attend, please understand that we will not be able to invite you to exhibit at future Bashes.
- If you sign up for a table and are unable to attend (and assuming you cannot find a representative to cover your table), you may not give your spot away to someone else. The empty spot will be filled by GABR from our waiting list. Please be sure to let us know if you sign up but cannot attend.
- There is no charge for having a table at the Boxer Bash. GABR pays all of the fees and insurance associated with this event. If you use electricity, the county may charge you a $10.00 fee.
- We reserve the right to determine which types of vendors are suitable for our event. Preference is given to dog-related vendors. Rescues are welcome!
- If you sign up for a table, you will receive set-up information a couple weeks prior to the event. Set-up generally begins at around 9:00 a.m.
- We will do our best to accommodate space requests. We can usually allow each vendor to have two tables, as long as the tables are perpendicular to each other. (Tables and chairs are provided to each exhibitor.)
- Once the floor plan is set, location/move requests cannot be accepted. Thanks in advance for your understanding in this matter.
